Tadcaster Doggy Day Care – Ronda’s Rainy Adventures
Hello everyone. I’m Ronda the Bedlington Terrier, and I’m a bit of a regular here at River Dogs (you could say that it’s one of my favourite haunts!) Norman, Betty and Bess have been talking to me about these Dog Blogs that they write about Tadcaster Doggy Day Care so I thought I’d give it a try myself! I think it’s about time that these posts got a little bit of class and decorum about them, which is why I’m stepping in to show the rest of them how it’s done!
Ronda’s Rainy Adventures – A Guide To Tadcaster Doggy Day Care
This story starts off with a thrilling introduction, as all good dog stories should do! I arrived at River Dogs this morning to start another Tadcaster Doggy Day Care. Everything seemed to be going fine, until a loud rumbling sound shook the entire building and large drops started falling out of the sky. There was a flash of light in the sky and then another rumble, and let me tell you readers, I got a little bit scared. I’m not a scaredy car (heaven forbid), but if it wasn’t for my friend Lucy here I’m not sure I would have got through the morning! A few cuddles sorted me me out though; Lucy always looks after me when I’m here, in fact we’re thinking of starting a blog of our own together. Anyway, I digress. Lets get back to my tail (that was a dog joke, get it?)
When the noisy wet droplets had finished hitting the River Dogs roof I persuaded the man in the shorts who walks us to take me out for a short walk to see what had been happening. I was prepared for some odd goings on, but I couldn’t believe how everything had changed! The River had gone up, I saw a line of ducks waddling out of an umbrella shop, and I saw at least a dozen Bedlington Terriers that looked just like me hiding in puddles whenever I walked past! (Maybe they hadn’t heard about River Dogs Tadcaster Doggy Day Care; they could have hidden on a shelf with me instead of inside a puddle!)

When it comes to meal times I’m a bit of a food connoisseur. My mum know the food that I love, and the River Dogs team look after all of my dietary requirements (it’s a bit like a five star restaurant). The only trouble is that the other members of the River Dogs brigade also like the smell of my food too! Paws off guys, Ronda doesn’t share this tasty grub with anyone!
After a long day of adventuring and more cuddles with Lucy (she makes Tadcaster Doggy Day Care special for me!), I fell asleep and enjoyed dreaming about the rain a little bit more. The man in shorts took this picture of me whilst I was in snoozeville, and I’ve put it in because I think you’ll agree that I’m a regal sleeper! It’s not often you see yourself asleep after all! Watch out Betty, River Dogs Tadcaster might have a new model on their hands!
